Terms of Service

These terms govern use of sdrrush, the AI sales co-pilot operated by Bonito. By using sdrrush, you agree to use it lawfully and only for sales workflows you are authorized to operate.

sdrrush is provided without authentication in local demo mode, but production customer accounts are protected by organization-scoped access controls. You are responsible for keeping account credentials and API keys confidential.

You retain ownership of your CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn, X, and sales data. You grant sdrrush permission to process that data only to provide the product, generate AI-assisted sales outputs, sync integrations, and maintain service reliability.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Usage limits and seat limits apply by tier. If payment fails, write actions may be locked until billing is updated.

sdrrush AI outputs are drafts and recommendations. Your team remains responsible for reviewing outreach, complying with platform rules, and honoring opt-outs and applicable sales, privacy, and communications laws.

Bonito may suspend access for abuse, security risk, unpaid invoices, or violations of these terms. These terms may be updated as sdrrush evolves.
