sdrrush collects account, organization, billing, usage, and integration data needed to operate the AI sales co-pilot.

We process Apollo contact data, cached pipeline data, call notes, social drafts, and publishing metadata only to provide sdrrush features. We never sell CRM data, Apollo cache data, or customer pipeline data.

External credentials are encrypted at rest in organization-scoped storage. Apollo cache and sales workflow data are isolated by organization and are not shared across tenants.

AI requests route through the Bonito gateway. Prompts may include the context needed to generate call prep, outreach drafts, lead scoring, or social copy for your organization.

Product analytics may be collected through PostHog only after cookie consent. Error telemetry may be sent to Sentry to diagnose reliability issues.

You may request deletion of your account or organization data by contacting Bonito support. Some billing and audit records may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
